Bollywood actress Yami Gautam and her husband, filmmaker Aditya Dhar left their fans buzzing with excitement when they confirmed their pregnancy rumours during the trailer launch for their film Article 370. The filmmaker has proudly dubbed the film a ‘family affair’. Months after the announcement, they announced the arrival of their little munchkin, a baby boy named Vedavid. The couple took to their official social media handles to announce the arrival of their son with a heartwarming post on Monday morning. Sharing a drawing of Lord Krishna holding a baby, they wrote a heartfelt message.
Announcing the arrival of their child, on Instagram, the new parents expressed their excitement as their son was born on the auspicious occasion of Akshay Tritiya. The text on their post read, “We are thrilled to announce the arrival of our beloved son, Vedavid, who graced us with his birth on the auspicious day of Akshay Tritiya. Taking to the caption of the post they also expressed their heartfelt gratitude towards the “exceptionally dedicated and wonderful medical professionals at Surya Hospital.” The caption further read, “As we embark on this beautiful journey of parenthood, we eagerly anticipate the bright future that awaits our son. For the unversed, Yami Gautam and Aditya Dhar tied the knot in the presence of the family in 2021. Having met during the shoot of URI: The Surgical Strike, love blossomed between the couple. After weeks of speculation, they had confirmed their pregnancy earlier in February. On the work front, she was last seen in Aditya Suhas Jambhale directorial Article 370. Release on February 23, the movie also stars Priyamani in the lead role.
